Today, October 1st, is not just an ordinary day – it’s a special moment that marks the beginning of a new chapter in my professional life! The sun shines brighter, and my optimistic October calendar from Action for Happiness (https://lnkd.in/d2EuHzyw) perfectly reflects this positive attitude that has always accompanied me. So why is this so important?
Today, I am achieving a professional milestone! After 7 years of working in a corporate job, I am returning 100% to my own business, which I have been nurturing for 13 years. It’s time for full independence – yay! 🎉

🌟 Executive & Business Coaching – I support leaders in discovering their potential and developing skills that enable them to achieve their goals, strengthen resilience during times of change, and regulate their emotional well-being.

🌱 Well-being in a mental context – I take care of employee well-being in their workplace. Together with partners, we approach this holistically, integrating it with aspects of physical health and healthy eating.
🚀 Mentoring and career coaching – I help young people entering the job market find the right path and build their confidence.
In response to the question in the photo, “Write down three things you can look forward to this month,” I would like to share what they will be:
- Returning to tennis after almost 2 months off.
- Giving myself time for full business activity while preparing a professional foundation for collaboration with clients, taking care of myself both mentally and physically.
- Actively participating in the ICF Coaching Academy from October 11-13, 2024.
