💕Dreams don’t fulfill themselves, we have to make them happen.
Today’s post is more reflective than expert-driven. Nevertheless, I hope it brings you some inspiration.
🦉 What has happened in my professional life over the past six months? One big thing was confirmed, consistently investing in your own development — in my case, in coaching — truly pays off. With time, it transforms into exciting challenges, unexpected opportunities, offers, invitations, and inspiring meetings with prospective clients, business partners, and conscious organizations from Poland, Europe, and beyond.
It’s important to stay alert, brave, and open to what’s emerging around you.
Just like in coaching work with a client — presence, attentiveness, deep listening, and following the client. Oh! That turned out to be a pretty good analogy, right in the middle of writing this reflection.
💃This week, after nearly six months of training with John Mattone Global, in preparation for a major international coaching project for one of its clients, I’m feeling deeply satisfied and proud of the invitation I received, the opportunity to learn the Intelligent Leadership® Executive Coaching Certification methodology, and the honor of being awarded the title of Intelligent Leadership® Master Certified Coach.
