We are pleased to confirm that Mrs Dorota Jaworska, representing DORADKOM company, successfully delivered the European Union co-funded project entitled “Academic Career Coaching” for 25 PhD students.

The main objective of the project was to support early-career researchers in their effective transition to the labour market and to develop key soft skills essential for building both an academic and/or non-academic career.

The programme coherently combined the development of soft skills with strengthening participants’ professional self-awareness. The Gallup Tallents – CliftonStrengths for Students module was particularly highly evaluated, as it enabled the PhD students to better understand their individual potential and to consciously plan their further career paths.

The evaluation results clearly indicate a very high level of participants’ satisfaction as well as tangible developmental outcomes, including increased self-confidence, improved interpersonal communication skills, and greater readiness for public speaking and effective functioning in the labour market.
