Before we begin the coaching process, we will schedule a free 30-minute online consultation to discuss your goals and the type of support you are seeking. During the first introductory session, you will learn what coaching is, what to expect from the process, and you’ll verify whether the goal we discussed during the initial consultation is still valid. Then, we get started in earnest.
For each following session, you decide what you want to work on, and I, as your coach, ensure that the process stays aligned with your desired outcomes.
According to the International Coach Federation (ICF), coaching is “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.”
