Every training that I deliver gives me new portion of energy, enriches me in new experiences and foremost gives me the possibility to get to know new wonderful people, who wants to develop. Main goal of the trainings is to provide the participants with relevant knowledge. All activities are interactive ( role play, exercises, discussions, brainstorming, case study etc.) and are implemented to show the clients were they need to improve/change their habits. At the end of the training every person defines what she/he would like to change/implement at work, what will be the next step. I use coaching methods, which helps clients to define how they will use the knowledge from training in practice. That brings immediate effects. It is the power and motivation that I share with my participants that provokes their actions.
Training is my another area of cooperation with people. As a Certified Business Trainer, my area of expertise is: sales, customer service, time management, internal communication, team management or public speaking. I use my practice and coaching methods in them. Thanks to this, training for employees consists of many examples and case study. Both of them let participants apply changes and improvements to their professional work. Everyone prepares his/her own action plan which is implemented at work as a measure of the training effects. Among my clients, there are owners of small companies as well as corporations and medium-size companies’ representattives. Since 2011, there is over 1700 training hours on my track record.
Additionally, I organise unconventional integration trips for example culinary workshops (molecular and fusion cooking).
