The ICF Coaching Academy in Stryków was a true treasure trove of inspiration and tools for every coach. The main theme, “The Resourceful Coach,” attracted outstanding speakers such as Malcolm Fiellies, PCC Anna Łoza-Dzidowska, Olga Pietkiewicz, Zbigniew Kieras, Magda Skopińska, Agnieszka Drzewiecka, Edyta Kołodziej, Maciej Świeży, and Dr. Małgorzata Torój. Thanks to them, each of us, ICF coaches, gained practical knowledge and tools that enrich our daily coaching processes.
Of course, the weekend wouldn’t have been complete without the fantastic evening gatherings, where I finally got to reconnect with my fellow coaches after such a long break. Thank you all for your presence, my dear friends 💕
One of the key resources I brought back to my practice is the new set of metaphor cards called “Switch the Tracks to Metaphor.” This powerful tool will help my clients break free from entrenched thought patterns, especially during times of change. I also see great potential in using them with teams, for instance, when working with Insights Discovery profiles or in workshops using techniques like de Bono’s Six Thinking Hats. They are also perfect for self-reflection and emotional work.
