In November 2024, I joined the elite institution Polish Women Chamber, uniting the most influential and entrepreneurial women in Poland. This marks the beginning of a new adventure for me, with a mission by and for entrepreneurial women.
Our mission is to support and promote female leaders who set new standards in business, politics, science, and culture. The members of our Chamber are women of success – dynamic, ambitious, and committed to both professional and social development.
The Chamber of Commerce is a self-governing business organization that brings together entities and individuals engaged in specific economic activities.
The primary goal of the Chamber is to represent its members, particularly in dealings with governmental bodies, and to shape and disseminate principles of ethical business conduct.
Our main objectives:
Representing the economic interests of the entrepreneurs associated with the Chamber,
Taking action to foster entrepreneurship and encourage entrepreneurial attitudes,
Shaping, disseminating, and promoting principles of ethics and integrity in business activities,
Organizing support for Chamber Members in solving economic, organizational, and legal challenges related to running a business,
Conducting promotional activities for Chamber Members and assisting in establishing partnerships both domestically and internationally,
Developing the education system,
Supporting employment initiatives and the development of human resources,
Inspiring and implementing projects aimed at increasing innovation and competitiveness in the Polish economy,
Encouraging collaboration between entrepreneurs and the academic sector, as well as applying research and development outcomes in the economy,
Promoting diversity and inclusivity in the workplace,
Advocating and conducting multicultural mediation,
Engaging in lobbying activities,
Popularizing and supporting the development of artistic and cultural activities,
Promoting business values and fostering high-quality business collaborations through social campaigns, advocacy, and community projects,
Supporting the internationalization and global cooperation of women in business,
Undertaking initiatives for ecology and sustainable development.
